Work-in-Progress...
"The Absurdity of Normal"
"Picking apart 'normal' with my recently liberated inner-child"
A wildly creative, snark-filled memoir-meets-rebellion told by me… and my unapologetically outspoken sidekick, Hat.
Hat is my imagination with a voice… the creative, mischievous part of me I used to keep locked away in a metaphorical closet. These days, I let her speak freely (and trust me, she has… opinions).
Together we pick apart the so-called “normal” rules of life, from schooldays and slimming clubs to church, marriage, turd-glitterising jobs and the myth of suburban-bliss.
Expect stories, rants, rhymes, photos, and illustrations galore… all designed to keep things snore-proof (Hat’s non-negotiable).
This book is still a work in progress — a true passion project. The illustrations alone have guzzled many hours… but omigosh, I’m having sooooo much fun!
