This online store is run by Heather Costaras from my home in the mistbelt forests of South Africa. All products listed are genuine and described as accurately as possible.

Signed First Edition copies are limited in quantity and personally shipped by me.

Other versions of my books sold on Amazon or other platforms are separate from this store and may differ in format and finish.
3. Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rands.

Payment must be made in full before your order will be shipped.

Secure payments are processed via Payfast or Paypal.
4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from South Africa, usually within two working days of payment.

International shipping costs can be high due to location — the customer is responsible for these costs.

Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance; I cannot guarantee exact arrival dates.
5. Customs & Import Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged in their country.
6. Returns & Refunds

Because these books are signed/personalised, I can’t accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If your book arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging and the item so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
